Brooklyn Eviction Defense Tenant Union presents Los Sures, a film by Diego Echeverria about Brooklyn’s Los Sures neighborhood in the 1980s. Pre-gentrified South Williamsburg was a Puerto Rican and Dominican neighborhood and one of the many parts of New York that the city was sapping of resources in the 70s and 80s.
