Fall Volunteer Orientation [FULL]

When

Thursday, November 6, 2025

7:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Join us for fall volunteer orientation. This event is for those who want to learn about being a part of Interference Archive’s volunteer community. Fellow volunteers will give an overview of Interference Archive’s collection of social movement materials, and how we work together as a nonhierarchical community archive. It’s a great way to meet fellow comrades and volunteers!

This orientation is open to everyone; established volunteers who want a refresher and to new folks trying to plug into the community. It doesn’t matter whether you’ve shadowed once, have put on 10 exhibitions, or have just been lurking on the newsletter—all are welcome to learn, share, and make things happen through the archive! We hope you leave this orientation with new friends, new contacts to help you do the work you’re passionate about, and a clearer sense of Interference’s history, communication channels, and values. Come with your questions, openness, and ideas!

Space is limited, so please RSVP here to reserve your spot for this session. Volunteer orientations are held every 3-4 months.

Physical space of the Interference Archive is ADA compliant.

We ask that attendees wear masks during events at Interference Archive. We will provide masks at the door.
