Libraries for the Commons

Join us for an all-day gathering featuring book-sharing and mutual aid projects across NYC and workshops, conversations, and performances celebrating the subversive, sustaining role of libraries and knowledge-sharing spaces. Organized by Library of Study and hosted at Index Space, participating groups include Wendy’s Subway, The Free Black Women’s Library, Prison Library Support Network, Librarians and Archivists for Palestine, Brooklyn Book Bodega, and the Pilipinx American Library, among others.
