7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Now as always we need cheap and accessible tools to take care of ourselves and each other. From Japanese-American internment camps to Lincoln Detox and the NADA protocol, acupuncture has been a tool of resistance for regular people to reclaim their health.
Join us at the Interference Archive on July 22nd at 7pm for a skillshare workshop looking at the radical history of acupuncture in the Americas while looking at related materials from the Archive. We will also demonstrate and practice an acupressure protocol for stress reduction using ear seeds to stimulate pressure points in the ear (no needles required!). Materials will be provided but participants should bring their own tweezers if possible. Masks required.
