The open source music video revolution!
This screening, performance and skill share reveals secrets of high impact creative common visuals and music designed to radically transform pop culture into subversive DIY video art. Have you ever thought we needed more creative radical music videos and want to learn some tricks on how to cheaply create them? Lonnie Ray Atkinson will perform hip-hop spoken word and Justuss will screen his mash-up music video collaborations. Both will share skills on how to make low cost music video madness.
Lonnie Ray Atkinson is a hip hop activist and musician who has performed at the US social forum and the Z media Institute. He is also a member of the International Organization for a Participatory Society (IOPS)
Justuss is a video maker and mashup manic who has created dozens of music videos with thousands of views and a nationally distributed AK Press documentary, entitled “Shutdown” (with the Sticks and Stones Collective).  He is a member of IOPS.
